Products, prices and orders

Each product's name and key features appear on its product page; selected products and quantities appear again in the order summary. Before order confirmation, the total price including all applicable taxes, any additional charges and the final amount payable will be shown. This general page does not replace the price or contract for a particular order.

When sales open, buyers will be able to read and confirm the pre-contract information and distance-sale terms for their own order before incurring a payment obligation. The accepted text version and order details will be recorded. Payment can start only through the secure payment flow enabled on this site.

Delivery within Türkiye

Shipping to addresses in Türkiye is free to the customer. Mina Jewelry & Accessories chooses UPS or Yurtiçi Kargo on the dispatch day and shares tracking details after dispatch. Order-specific delivery information appears before payment. Unless a specific period is promised, the applicable statutory dispatch period applies. Orders for destinations outside Türkiye will not be accepted until their charges and terms are defined.

Withdrawal, returns and requests

Subject to statutory exceptions, customers receiving goods within Türkiye may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. For products such as earrings, a health or hygiene exception is assessed in light of whether protective packaging has been opened and the nature of the item; there is no blanket no-return rule for all jewelry. Incorrect, damaged or defective goods are assessed separately.

Unresolved consumer disputes may be taken to the competent consumer arbitration committee or court under the applicable rules.
