Delivery within Türkiye

Shipping to addresses in Türkiye is free for the customer. No additional delivery charge is added to the total shown before order confirmation. Mina Jewelry & Accessories selects Yurtiçi Kargo or UPS according to the destination and operational availability on the dispatch day. Tracking details are sent after dispatch.

Product, seller, delivery and payment details are shown before you confirm an order. Unless a specific delivery period is promised in the order, the applicable statutory delivery period applies.

Statutory withdrawal and returns

Subject to statutory exceptions, for distance sales delivered within Türkiye you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send your written notice to medyahashtagmina@gmail.com. We will provide return-shipping instructions after receiving your notice.

The seller covers return-shipping costs for an eligible statutory withdrawal. After receiving your notice, we will explain how to return the item without that cost being borne by you. If a prepaid shipment cannot be arranged, we will reimburse the documented return-shipping expense. Returns are received at Folkart Towers, Adalet Mah. Manas Blv. No:47/B Ofis 2809, 35010 Bayraklı / İzmir, Türkiye. Refunds are made using a method compatible with the original payment instrument within the period and conditions set by applicable law.

Optional product exchange

If the item is not defective or incorrect but you would prefer another style or colour, email medyahashtagmina@gmail.com before returning it. We will confirm stock and shipping arrangements with you. For this optional exchange, the customer pays both the shipment back to us and the shipment of the replacement; we will disclose the applicable cost and method before you approve the exchange. This does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for defective or incorrect goods.

Earrings and hygiene

The statutory withdrawal exception may apply where protective packaging, tape or a seal has been opened after delivery and the product is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. For earrings, this is assessed according to the actual product and packaging condition. There is no blanket no-return rule for all jewelry.

Incorrect, damaged or defective goods

For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, email medyahashtagmina@gmail.com with your order number. These requests are assessed separately from withdrawal under applicable consumer law; we will explain the next steps and shipping arrangements.
